Weather - Outdoor Locations

• In case of certain heavy rains or thunderstorms, we will announce the weather cancellation on our Facebook page, and send an email, at least 1 hour before the start of the session - 2 hours if possible. For the latest updates, always reference both of those places first.
  Sparse rain will not stop us from having fun on Soccer Island!

• If there is no announcement on our Facebook page and you did not receive an email (double check your spam folder just in case), it means that the sessions are on, and your coach will make the final decision on the field. We will make up canceled sessions by adding an additional week at the end of the season.

Arrival & Dismissal Policy:

• Grown ups are required to stay with their children at public & park sessions at all times. These are not drop off classes.

Credit and Refund Policy

At heart, Soccer Shots Ottawa aims to deliver a beloved growth experience for every child and a remarkable experience for every family. If you and your child are not positively impacted by your Soccer Shots experience we will offer a credit for any future season or a refund.

• Credit - If you are requesting a withdrawal from a class before the 4th scheduled session, you will receive a full credit, usable for any other class and upcoming season. No credit will be issued after the 4th scheduled session.
• Refund - If you are requesting a withdrawal from a class before the 4th scheduled session, you will receive a full refund back to the payment source minus $40+tax, which covers the cancellation fee and if applicable, the jersey that was shipped to you. No refund will be issued after the 4th scheduled session.
• Attendance - There are no partial refunds or credits for non-attendance at a scheduled class.

Make-Up Classes & Cancellations:

• We will attempt to make up a maximum of 1 class canceled due to inclement weather.
• Soccer Shots reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment. Upon cancellation, we will propose an alternative class. If no alternative works, a full refund will be made.
